Therapy is a place to slow down, reflect, and understand yourself in a deeper way.
We are shaped by our histories—our families, relationships, life experiences, and the world around us. At the same time, we all carry internal conflicts, desires, and patterns that shape how we feel, think, and relate to others. When struggles emerge—whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or a feeling of being stuck—they don’t come out of nowhere. They are part of a larger story, one that can be explored and understood.
I work with adults in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, meeting one to four times per week. This is a meaningful commitment, but it’s not about quick fixes—it’s about creating real, lasting change.
Before beginning therapy, we’ll start with a brief phone conversation, followed by an initial consultation to see if working together is the right fit. If you’re curious about therapy, I invite you to reach out via email or phone to set up a time to talk.
