About

Clinical Psychologist and Psychoanalyst in New York City.

Philosophy

Maybe you overthink, overwork, or find yourself repeating patterns that leave you anxious, disconnected, or stuck. Major life changes, complicated relationships, or old wounds can stir up feelings that are hard to understand, much less manage on your own.

Therapy is a place to slow down and make sense of it all. Together, we’ll explore what’s driving the patterns beneath the surface: your thoughts, emotions, and unconscious dynamics. Over time, you can begin to feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life.

My approach goes beyond quick fixes. It’s collaborative and insight-driven, helping adults navigate anxiety, self-criticism, and relationship challenges with greater clarity and compassion. As you begin to understand yourself more deeply, you can live with greater freedom and presence, and build relationships that feel more genuine and alive.
